I will start doing it completely tomorrow!

I have 6 month to get in shape for my disney world trip!

Two weeks off for spring break,

I will haveĀ 

I will have 1,540 Calorie intake

3 workouts a day !

A goal to reach 100 crunches starting with 20

A goal of 50 pushups,

A goal of 200 jumping jacks

:D

all with workouts in between!
